Just wanted to make sure you saw the newly released trailer for Netflix’s upcoming children’s series Buddy Thunderstruck which premieres on March 10th. The show was actually created by American Greetings (The Care Bears) in collaboration with Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, known for their stop-motion aesthetic on shows like Adult Swim’s Robot Chicken and Sony Crackle’s SuperMansion.

The founders, Seth Green, Eric Towner, Matt Senreich and John Harvatine IV spend their days in the studio making puppets, playing with toys, writing crass humor, and entertaining celebrity drop-bys daily basis. This is their first big push into kids programming – with lots of laughs for adults.

Buddy Thunderstruck is the coolest semi-truck racing dog who lives down in race-obsessed Greasepit, a place full of larger-than-life characters and nitro-burning, gear-slamming, tire-squealing, fish-tailing good times.
