Several years have passed since we last saw the Hill family. Hank and Peggy Hill, now retired after years working in Saudi Arabia, return to a transformed Arlen, Texas. Meanwhile, Bobby, now 21, is thriving as a chef in Dallas.

Emmy-winning comedian and actor Ronny Chieng returns to the show as Kahn Souphanousinphone, Hank’s Laotian neighbor. Kahn lives with his wife Minh and is known for his arrogance and Inflated ego toward the Arlen community. Highly competitive, he often clashes with Hank in his  seeks to “win” at life. Though he loves his daughter Connie, he tries to control her and believes she’s superior to Bobby Hill.

Mike Judge, Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Johnny Hardwick, Stephen Root, Lauren Tom, Toby Huss, and Ronny Chieng are featured in the cast.

King of the Hill, from 20th Television Animation, is executive produced by original co-creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, alongside incoming executive producer and showrunner Saladin Patterson. Also serving as executive producers are Michael Rotenberg and Howard Klein from 3 Arts, and Dustin Davis from Bandera Entertainment. The Emmy®-winning series aired for 13 seasons on Fox, with over 250 episodes, all now streaming on Hulu.

Set in the fictional town of Arlen, Texas, the original series follows Hank Hill, a passionate seller of propane and propane accessories; his wife Peggy, a local Boggle champion and substitute teacher; and their son Bobby, who consistently defies his father’s expectations. The Hills navigate life alongside friends such as conspiracy theorist Dale, military barber Bill, and the cool but often hard-to-understand Boomhauer. Peggy’s friends Minh and meteorologist Nancy, along with Bobby’s friend Connie, also help the family face an evolving world.
