Kubo and the Two Strings is shaping up to be one of the major contenders in the animation contest of 2016.
An epic action-adventure set in a fantastical Japan from stop-motion animation studio LAIKA. The film is directed by Travis Knight and will be released via Focus Featuers on August 19th. Here’s the latest trailer:
Writer, cartoon producer and author of more than 15 books on animation history. A former studio exec with Nickelodeon and Disney; currently on the faculty at both CalArts in Valencia and Woodbury University in Burbank, California.
