“This will be the seventh year we have streamed the Annies. Each year, our broadcast gets better and our audience grows larger,” says Frank Gladstone, ASIFA-Hollywood’s executive director and the Annie Awards executive producer. “I expect this year will see even greater results as we live stream the 45th annual awards.”
Created in 1972 by veteran voice talent June Foray, who passed away in July at the age of 99, and in whose name the philanthropic June Foray Award was established, the Annie Awards have grown in scope and stature for the past four decades.
