DreamWorks Animation has created an all new logo sequence that will first be seen on the upcoming feature film Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, in theaters December 21st. The new curtain raiser features DreamWorks’ iconic moonchild in flight, soaring through the stars amongst the studio’s celebrated franchises including this year’s The Bad Guys, alongside iconic characters from Dragons, Kung Fu Panda, The Boss Baby, Trolls and, of course, Shrek. Take a look:

The piece was developed and produced by an all-star DreamWorks creative team including producer Suzanne Buirgy and production designer Kendall Cronkhite. The music was composed by Harry Gregson-Williams who worked on the Shrek franchise in addition to other DWA films.

If fans would like to see it on the big screen before the film debuts on December 21st, for one day only and one showtime, theaters across North America will screen Puss in Boots: The Last Wish on Saturday, November 26th at 2pm (local time).
