The infamous Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced their nominees today – and included in the mix were their choices for Best Animated Feature. As expected, Pixar’s Soul (Pete Docter and Kemp Powers) and Onward (Dan Scanlon) made the grade; Over The Moon (Netflix/Pearl; Glen Keener) and The Croods 2: The New Age (Dreamworks; Joel Crawford) joined the front runners. Cartoon Saloon’s magnificently hand drawn Wolfwalkers (Tomm Moore and Ross Stewart) also made the cut. The Golden Globes will be awarded in a ceremony from the Beverly Hilton on Sunday February 28th. The 78th Golden Globes will air live at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET on NBC.
